Dr. Baird is a California licensed psychologist and has 9+ years of clinical experience. He specializes in psychological assessment and individual therapeutic services. Dr. Baird is the original founder of Vitalize and has a passion for expanding the mental health services in the Central Valley of California.
Dr. Baird has an expansive background in severe mental illness and in-patient crisis management. He currently enjoys working with adolescent, adult, and elderly populations. He practices from a neuropsychological perspective and incorporates CBT and Psychodynamic techniques. He has been deemed an expert witness in numerous counties across the state and holds recognition at the state level for years of service with the Department of Developmental Services and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Zeldin is a California licensed psychologist and has 9+ years of clinical experience. She has honed her expertise in an array of settings that include pediatric care, rehabilitation settings, and enhanced outpatient settings. She specializes in psychodiagnostics evaluations and heads Vitalize’s assessment operations. Dr. Zeldin has extensive assessment experience that includes specialties in developmental disorders, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities.
Dr. Zeldin’s experiences with various age groups allows her unique perspective into the developmental factors of connection and communication. She utilizes play as an aspect of therapy to strengthen communication skills and emotional understanding. She is passionate in helping children develop multiple modes of expression through play, art (such as drawing and painting), and social imitation. Additionally, She specializes in multicultural and diverse populations.

Dr. Neves-Armour is a California licensed psychologist and has 12+ years of clinical experience. She specializes in providing individual therapeutic services and conducting psychodiagnostic evaluations for children and adults, including, but not limited to, diagnostic clarification and court-ordered psychological evaluations. She has an extensive background working with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and related neurodevelopmental disorders such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, and intellectual disability.
Dr. Neves-Armour has received numerous accolades during her years of state service with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation acting as a subject matter expert for patient’s level of care and mental health treatment, coordinating regularly with the California Department of State Hospitals, and inpatient crisis intervention teams regarding severely mentally ill individuals. Dr. Neves-Armour’s broad clinical background in both outpatient and forensic populations has aided in exposure to and experience with diverse individuals, ranging in age, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientation, etc.
Dr. Neves-Armour takes an empathetic approach to treatment, through the clinical lens of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. She is passionate about meeting patient’s where they are at in their healing journey and working collaboratively to better understand the impact of their childhood wounds, trauma, and general life stressors in their daily functioning. She enjoys working with adults, but is also eagerly invested in treating children and providing early intervention to alter the trajectory of their lives for the better. She has a training emphasis in child psychology and values family involvement in treatment utilizing Theraplay techniques.
