Built Around
Your Life
Find the Level of
Care That Fits Your
Week
Three ways to start, pick what fits where you are, for the
age you’re caring for.
IOP
Intensive Outpatient
More support than weekly therapy, without putting your life on hold.
PHP
Partial Hospitalization
Full days of focused care when things have gotten too heavy to carry alone.
Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient Therapy
A real conversation about whether, and what, medication might do for you.
What You Might Be Carrying
What you’re going through doesn’t have a clean label, and care shouldn’t either. We meet you where you are, and talk with your school, doctor, or outside therapist whenever it helps.
Anxiety
When worry, restlessness, or panic starts running the show.
Depression
When everything feels heavier than it should, for longer than it should.
Trauma and PTSD
Care that moves at your pace, nothing forced, ever.
Mood
Disorders
When your moods don’t
move on a normal scale.
The Methods Are Solid, The People Are What Make It Work
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), group therapy, and medication support if you want it, all wrapped around one team that actually pays attention to you.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Hands-on tools for the loops your brain keeps running.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Skills for the moments that feel too big to handle alone.
Group Therapy
A small room of people who get it, so you’re not doing this on your own.
From People Who've Been Here
“
My time with Vitalize changed my life. The mix of group support and one-on-one counseling made it a really safe place to heal. I learned a lot about mental health and picked up real coping skills that help me feel more in control.

“
Great place to seek mental health help. Jonathon Baird is the best and I don’t doubt the others working there are just as good. He was able to get me out of some dark places and work me through my thought processes.

“
They truly put their clients first, take the time to understand their clients, and form a relationship with them to make them feel as comfortable as possible.

What Reaching Out Actually Looks Like
No commitment to start. We’ll walk you through each step so nothing catches you off guard.
Pick Up the Phone
A short call where you mostly talk and we mostly listen. No pressure, no script.
We Handle the Insurance Side
We check your benefits and tell you what care here would actually cost, even if we’re not the right fit.
An in-person visit (with family when it helps) so we can shape a plan that fits you.
Walk into your first session knowing what’s coming and who’s in your corner.
What Do People Usually Ask First?
More answers on our full FAQ.
What's the Difference Between IOP and PHP?
PHP is full days, 5 days a week, for when things are heavier and you need more to lean on. IOP is part-time, a few hours a few days a week, so the rest of your life keeps going. A lot of people start in one and move to the other as things shift.
Do You Take My Insurance?
Probably, we work with most major plans. We’ll check your specific benefits before your first visit so you’re not guessing about cost.
Can My Teen Keep Going to School?
What's the First Call Like?
Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911. Vitalize is an outpatient program and does not provide 24/7 emergency services.
